Our Task Is Solely Executing' - The Way Sudan's Brutal Militia Conducted a Mass Killing

Fighters laugh as they ride on the rear of a utility vehicle, hurrying by a row of multiple lifeless forms and moving facing the descending Sudanese evening sky.
"Look at this extensive accomplishment. Look at this act of genocide," a combatant exclaims.

The combatants are rejoicing over a atrocity that relief organizations believe killed over two thousand people in the African urban center of el-Fasher in recent weeks.
A City Isolated from the Outside
Having held the urban area under encirclement for nearly 24 months, from August the militia moved to reinforce its position and restrict the surviving residents.
Satellite images reveal that fighters started to erect a massive berm - a built-up dirt embankment - surrounding the edges of el-Fasher, sealing off entry points and preventing aid.
During the encirclement worsened, seventy-eight civilians were murdered in an RSF attack on a mosque on 19 September, while the international organization stated 53 further were murdered in unmanned aircraft and artillery strikes on a displacement camp in fall.

By sunrise on 26 October the paramilitary force conquered the last military defenses and seized the primary compound in the city, the headquarters of the 6th Infantry Division, as the government forces withdrew.
Among the most disturbing videos to emerge and analysed depicted the consequences of a mass killing at a university building on the western of the city, where numerous lifeless forms were visible spread across the floor.
